Jeep : CJ CJ7 1978 CJ7 “The General” CJ Jeep For Sale

This is a 1978 Jeep CJ7 that I purchased while stationed at Fort Bragg in North Carolina. It has an Army style paint job that is flat army green with black general stars on each side and the hood. We have owned the jeep for over 6 years and have not had to do anything major to it, and it was a daily driver. It runs strong and shifts easily, but it does have manual steering. Its a straight six with a 3 speed manual. It has a headman header, and black Crager rims with 31 x 10.5 super swampers that have at least 80% tread. The latch on the drivers side door is broken and there are no windshield wipers. The top has been sewn back together around the windows but only leaks at the doors, which is unusal for older tops, its over 6 years old also. Overall its a good running old jeep and has been alot of fun. Im also including with the sale of the jeep a set of 1/2 ton 6 lug Chevy axels.
