Jeep Willys 16″ military wheels and Mansfield Tires. Tires are Mansfield Hi Traction load range C Tube type 7.00-16. They have gread tread with 1/2″ measured in the center and gets deeper and deeper twords the outside. Tread measures 6 1/2″ wide.and aproximatly 31 1/4″ tall. They are old and so have some problems. Drycracking has started in a few spots but not too bad. The biggest thing is on the backside of one tire for about 12″. The curb protector has been sliced nearly off. But the slice doesnt go much deeper than the thickness of the additional rubber so it doesnt compramise the structure of the tire. Also one of the pics shows a slice along the edge of the tread on one tire. Due to the age and condition of the tires I would recommend these tires for off-road only or low speed road use but thats entirely up to you. The rims are in good overall condition with some rust along the bead from laying flat and at the lug holes which should clean up well. Also I saw a small dent in the lip of one of the wheels. I have no idea on the condition inside as far as rust. Local pickup prefered but will ship. From Vestal NY 13850 USPS. They weigh 60lbs each. To give you an idea of cost it will be $120 to Ohio, $180 to Florida, $200 to Colorado $250 to California. Thats for all 4 shipped to your door. I’ll send a invoice with the exact amount at checkout. I have inspected the body and can not find a single spot of rust or repair patches whatsoever. The Jeep has lived its life in the dry Colorado and New Mexico climate and had always been well cared for before being torn down and rebuilt. The body came off the frame and the frame was fully painted when the custom lift was installed. The Jeep was given a 8in body and shackle lift to help it clear 35″ tires. The axles and transfer case are all stock equipment as far as I can tell with the expection of the locking rear end. A special adapter kit was added to mate the GM transmission to the stock TC. Every thing was freshly painted and the underside of the floors was coated in bed liner material. It looks great when all cleaned up. The Jeep also comes with a beautiful hardtop with custom sunroof. The soft top is also rare in that it is no longer produced by any companies for these scramblers. The Jeep is riding on original 15″ wheels with 35″ Mud Terrain tires. The setup is like new with very low miles and look like new. The matching spare on the custom mount on the rear adds a rugged touch as well as the convenience of a full size spare. The interior is in great shape all around. The windshield is in very nice condition and the glass is chip free. The all original vinyl bucket seats are all in very good shape and look like new. All dials and controls function as they should and are illuminated at night. The dashboard is in excellent shape with no cracks. Even the original carpet is in good condition for being almost 30 years old. The sound system was upgraded with Alpine CD Player and Infinity Speakers installed in custom enclosures behind the seats. The rear seat was added to carry extra passengers, but the truck can be converted back to pickup style and would look awesome! Mechanically, this Scrambler runs GREAT! The Jeep starts right up and shifts great. The 4.2L engine has been fully tuned up with oil change and runs like a top! The newly rebuilt carburetor paired with a new fuel pump mean that this CJ starts right up every time. Every mechanical system on this Jeep was gone through and given a clean bill of health. The engine compartment was fully detailed to show condition. The jeep is tight as a drum and doesn’t leak a drop of anything. The Jeep has been meticulously documented and has had the radiator replaced, carb rebuilt, intake manifold gasket redone, tuned up, and fully serviced with only about 5,000 miles on the build. This is a very nice , great running Jeep. It came from Colorado several years ago complete but not running. Body is solid ( slight rust in driver floor, and floor stiffener under floor) slight rust in fender brace, there are some minor dents and dings like most jeeps have and as I wanted to drive the Jeep, I spent little time on the body, I have restored several vehicles and then will not drive them. The body is painted a blue green color and the entire inside floor and fender area is coated with a professional bed-liner in black. The frame and chassis are in great shape, no rust. The jeep has 1485 miles showing on a new speedometer after overhaul at a NAPA engine shop. It has a new radiator, modern carburator, new gas tank, new clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing, new brakes,new seat pads and canvass olive drab covers , it has the original back seat, period roll bar, the heater works,has turn signals, 8 volt alternator and battery for quicker starting ( I have original generator), it has lock out hubs, I installed seat belts. The jeep is very dependable , I have taken several trips in it on our many paved back roads, trips of 150 miles a day twice. It is the best running and most powerful old jeep I have had and will average up to 30 miles to the gallon , keeping in mind most of my driving was limited to 45 miles an hour or less. The only gauge that does not work is the gas gauge which I replaced but never got around to installing a send unit. It is stored in a building. This is one good jeep and I hate to sell it but I do not drive it as my wife prefers to ride in our convertible. This jeep has all original body parts and runs and drives great. The AMC 304 V8 was rebuilt by Mac at Spitfire Engines in 1998 and has less than 10K miles on it. The engine is .040 over, has a custom ground cam, Edelbrock Performer intake, Howell TBI and custom exhaust by AA Performance Muffler & Brake Center. The engine is backed by a Ford NP435 transmission and an Atlas 3.0:1 transfer case with HD outputs and a High Angle driveshaft brake. Custom 1350 series drive shafts, built by Front Range Driveline, connect to Dana 60 axles. The front axle is a Teraflex high pinion 60 with an ARB air locker, 4.88 gears and 35 spline inner and outer axles. The rear axle is a converted high pinion Ford front axle with custom tubes and 35 spline Currie axles; it also has an ARB air locker, 4.88 gears and disc brakes. The suspension is shackle reversed with BDS YJ leaf springs, Bilstein 5150 shocks, rear Teraflex Revolver shackles and many other accessories. The tires are 37X12.50R17 BF Goodrich Krawlers on black steel wheels; they have a little over 1,000 miles on them and the spare has never been used! This Jeep has many accessories that are not limited to a Warn XD9000i winch with Master Pull rope, dual Optima batteries, Autometer Phantom gauges, 22 gallon fuel cell with in-tank GM pump, 10lb Powertank and Beard seats.
